The binderball is a small ball that you do crunches and other exercises on. You can target your abs better with this than regular situps. I do about 300
crunches a night (except last night lol) and I can really feel it when I'm done. XBF bought it for me so my tummy would be tighter for him lol but I still
use it cause it works. I wouldn't give it up for the world! I walk on the track behind the hospital I work at on lunch and whenever I can run away for 10
min. I am also walking a few hours at the relay for life walk next week. Anyone else doing that?
