Jordon made it remembrance of the 5th 2008 |

Well, Jordon made it through the anniversary of Nick's death without incident.(Stayed stone cold sober) About 20 teenagers went to the gravesite and then
to the site of the shooting where what had become a small memorial of the site became even larger than a year ago, with flowers and momentos and a HUGE amount
of american flags which signified each person that came and paid respects throughout the week and up to the 5th.
That boy was surely loved. Lynn

I'm glad the tragic anniversary is over, and there were no problems. Take care and try to enjoy the rest of the summer.

I was just thinking what an awful summer wwe had iin 2008. we had to abandon our home on June 13th and then Nick was shot on July 5th. This year is VERY calm
in comparison.
Thankfully........ Lynn

Yes, that was definitely a hum-dinger. Let's hope for continuing quiet times for you, Lynn. How is your back lately, BTW?

Glad he handled it so well!!!
I hate the anniversaries of deaths. I spend time at the cemeteries as well, just talking...it does help a little.... But my papa, who has been gone for 15 months now always told me, the best way to honor someone who has passed on is to be the best person you can be, live like they would want you to live. That's what I try to do in honor of him everyday.
