I just want to welcome you and agree with JoAnn about the books. Finding a good therapist or a local support group can also be helpful. NAMI has many groups that offer free classes and support. The advantage to venting there, is often folks know the local resouces available. The question to ask people is if there is respite available. If you can get more breaks for yourself, and get some rest, you are better able to cope with the stress.
