HMM! Maybe I should send this report to my legislators. I too was surpised that it was a C and not lower. Yet the area I do have the most problems with was an F .. the Consumer & Family Empowerment with Community Integration and Social Inclusion: D not far behind. The only reason we got the C was because of the Financing & Core Treatment/Recovery Services: B 45% of Total Grade have the highest portion of the grade. I do feel that with my experience in other states that WA is better about accepting our children on to SSI compared to other states. It may still be a process but from knowing children/families who have applied and been accepted in WA versus other families in TN that were still fighting for it many years after the first application and denial. So I can see why we may have gotten the B there. I agree that cutbacks are going to affect these grades across the board.
