If she is still having trouble regulating her sleep cycles, you might also ask her pdoc about Melatonin. My DS had a lot of trouble sleeping "normally" after Seroquel stopped working for him. His pdoc told us to give him Melatonin. It is available over the counter (it's an herbal thing) in the vitamin section of your pharmacy or grocery store. Melatonin usually works better in pediatric patients than adults, he said, and it should be taken short term. Melatonin is a chemical in our brains that helps regulate sleep cycles, so from what my DS's pdoc said, it shouldn't have any interactions with the psych meds.

B U T -- please verify that with your DD's pdoc before you try it.
