Here goes the soapbox again. We trust the pdocs with our kids. We weight the pros and cons of the meds that they are on. We trust that in the future we will not learn or see first hand the bad effects it has had on our kids. But it is a trust issue. One that I have difficulty in. Since Cole has been given the Eskalith the first time he was hospitalized a month ago he has been a walking time bomb. Also Seroquel and Topomax. How do we know this is not contributing to the behaviors?? Yes, I believe that we are miniresearchers. But most of all as loving parents we do not want to contribute to the behaviors of our kids. What a fine line.

Support is one of the best things. When we are able to vent, look for answers that others may have had when they traveled this journey before us. This is a great place.

Thanks for the info.
