Peg, that story is so heartbreaking I can't even put it into words. I think moreso because nearly each and every one of us were in that parents' position - having a doctor intimidate us, not do a proper job, not tell us the whole story, and we accepted it because, after all, they are the doctor. Honestly, if people don't get super proactive, find a support group, become mini researchers, you wouldn't know any different.

I've saved the story on my hard drive. I'll post it on Monday. It's difficult to read, but so very, very important. I want to link their website to mine as well. I just want to hug them and tell them so many of us were right where they were and not to blame themselves for believing in the professionals.
