Jayne, things WILL be alright. His meds need adjusting. Sally gave you great advice. In our particular experience, it was necessary to have a med such as risperdol or zyprexa added into the mix which kept thoughts like what you were describing at bay. It is something that the drs have to work on, so the hospital is the best place for him to be right now.

It's important for you right now to be as rested as you can with your baby's arrival coming soon, so please try to get your rest, and be sure to post here anytime if you have questions, etc. I think it's one of the benefits of a board like this. Individually, our experiences can be limited and when something happens, it's unchartered territory for us. But coming here, we benefit from what other people have already been through so they can shed some light on what is happening. They can help walk you through the process.

Big :hug88 S for you! It sounds like you had every thing in place for your son. You knew who to call and they knew how to direct you. Let us know how things go and if you have any questions along the way. Get your rest when you can too, okay? And keep us posted with your baby news as well!!
