I'm so sorry you are feeling this way, Bobbie. I am a firm believer in the seasons impacting depression. I can't remember where you are at, but is it
firmly entrenched in dreary wintery weather? If so, see if you can find someplace where you can get some artificial sunlight. That might lighten your mood. If
it doesn't improve soon, call your doctor.
I know someone found a light....does anyone still have that link? How are your babies? I love your puppy in your picture. Are you spending a lot of "quality" time with them?

Bobbie, there are lots of resources I could name, but this is one that comes to mind just now. I subscribe to the free newsletter for ideas I can pass on to my
daughter. And the latest is about Bipolar Disorder and Exercise. The author of the blog is selling products, and I'm not endorsing them. I did purchase one
and my daughter has so far been uninterested. I do find the blog and her newsletter interesting.

Happy Light
http://www.verilux.com/li...ps/happylite-mini-therapy It helped Rob when he was depressed due to lack of sun. About 15 minutes a day was good for him.

I think you wrote in an earlier post that you had a BP diagnosis but weren't currently on any meds? Did I get that wrong? If not, maybe you should talk to
your doctor about your depression and see if there is something that would help lift you out of it.

Bobbie is struggling with liver damage which limits the meds she can be on.
Here is the mood light I have had recommended to me. I have not used it so I cannot speak to its effectiveness. The good ones aren't cheap. http://www.litebook.com/

Hey Bobbie, it doesn't look like I answered this. I added the link that Terri provided to my blog so that I can go back & read it. I found it very enlightening. I want to go back & read some more. The lights are a good idea too. Nick can sit in a dark room with the drapes closed & never even think to open them. That depresses me so fast. You know all the things to do, but sometimes it's so hard to do them.
