I would die. I started doing them this week on the big exercise balls at the workout room I go to, and I can do about 20 at a time and then have to rest.

			<description><![CDATA[ The binderball is a small ball that you do crunches and other exercises on. You can target your abs better with this than regular situps. I do about 300
crunches a night (except last night lol) and I can really feel it when I&#39;m done. XBF bought it for me so my tummy would be tighter for him lol but I still
use it cause it works. I wouldn&#39;t give it up for the world! I walk on the track behind the hospital I work at on lunch and whenever I can run away for 10

muscles tighten and how much that would take care of the problem. Also, I know you have to be REALLY sure that the dr is someone who is very knowledgeable,
because there are lots of stories about botched procedures and the psychological effects from that. I wouldn&#39;t want anyone from a small town who is not a
